    Founder & Executive Director

    Corey P. Holland, a Baltimore native with a Master of Public Administration from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor’s in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Akron, is passionate about strengthening nonprofit ecosystems through equitable leadership and capacity building. As Founder and Executive Director of Charm City Impact, he provides fiscal sponsorship and tailored professional development for organizations rooted in communities of color and other under-resourced areas, helping them secure resources and expand their reach. Certified as a SHRM-CP and in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for Human Resources by Cornell University, Corey brings expertise in volunteer management, coalition building, and fundraising strategy. He centers community voices to foster sustainable growth, ensuring that under-resourced nonprofits across the DMV have the support and training needed to thrive.

  • Alicia Radford, CPA

    Nonprofit Accounting Consultant

    Alicia Radford is a Seattle-based CPA specializing in nonprofit accounting, consulting, tax preparation, and training. She started her career working within nonprofits as an operations manager and then spent six years at a nonprofit-focused accounting firm, where she went back to school in order to sit for the CPA exam. Alicia now works independently as Waywise Accounting, partnering with clients to help nonprofit leaders better understand, use, and share financial information. She is passionate about making the language of finance accessible and using it to build power for collective liberation. She holds a Bachelor's of Arts in English and Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Washington, and earned her CPA in June 2023.

  • Arthi Kondapaneni

    Marketing Intern

    Arthi is a rising fourth-year student at the University of California, Berkeley, pursuing a B.A. in Political Science with a specialization in International Relations. She brings a strong foundation in advocacy, strategic communications, and community organizing, shaped by experiences spanning the U.S. State Department, the ACLU, the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce, and the Borgen Project. She also contributes to the Youth Power Project, where she works to advance mental health advocacy for young people at the federal level.

    Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, Arthi is a passionate solo traveler who spent three months exploring Europe and a dedicated advocate who has channeled her creativity and entrepreneurial spirit—most notably through Henna 4 Change, a charitable henna business she founded that raised over $5,000 for girls' education and women's employment in Mumbai.

    For her role at CCI, Arthi is eager to apply her communications and organizing experience to support the organization's mission of empowering nonprofits across the DMV area. Her responsibilities include supporting program initiatives and managing communications and social media to help amplify CCI's impact in the communities it serves.goes here
